Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of GoldenTree Video Publisher ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

GoldenTree Video Publisher provides tools for sending user-selected or user-approved video files and associated metadata to a YouTube channel authorized through Google OAuth 2.0 and the YouTube Data API Services.

2. User authorization and control

You are responsible for the Google/YouTube account you authorize and for the videos, metadata, visibility settings, and publishing actions initiated through the App. You may revoke the App's Google account access at any time.

3. YouTube terms

By using features that interact with YouTube, you also agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable YouTube policies.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the App to upload content that you do not have the right to publish, to violate applicable law, to infringe intellectual-property rights, or to circumvent YouTube or Google technical restrictions or policies.

5. Availability

The App is provided on an as-available basis. API availability, quotas, authorization, upload processing, and publishing behavior may depend on Google and YouTube services outside our control.

6. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated when the App's features, legal requirements, or third-party API requirements change. The effective date above will be updated accordingly.
